Melissa was a true pleasure to work with! From the moment I reached out to her to help me put the property on the market to the moment we closed she was responsive, diligent, attentive to detail, and, most importantly, a pleasant human being! I knew I could call upon her to thoroughly answer any questions and her advice and experiences were invaluable. This was the first time I ever had to sell property and navigating the intricacies of the process was initially baffling to me. She guided me from beginning to end and made me feel reassured. I cannot say enough positive accolades about Melissa. From the personal correspondence sent in the mail with her information speaking, when you're ready or something to that effect. She was the first one I called, even though I had a couple of realtors in the mail. It just felt right :-) She has been there from the start and has become, who I call, a friend, albeit distant and over the phone. She had solutions for everything and answers for me when she could not find something. Her contacts are professional and quick to make things happen, even on short notice. Very text savvy and able to make it happen with a text. The house next door (83 Evans) is another mess, and I told Melissa that she would get this one as well. I have been working with Linda Hain about her services in addition to Andrew Nachamie, the lawyer to sell this house. But that'll be a Linda and Melissa thing. Being here in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and now taking care of mom full time, the house sale is made, and the money will be used for this. Melissa made sure that I got every penny worth of 19 Agnes to ensure that mom has the best care from the house proceeds. I wish the best for Melissa and her continued adventure in house sales, and having a great support structure from Coldwell Banker and her hubby is essential. So please take the time to take care of Melissa and shower her with accolades and gifts. Even a massage once in a while is a great thing to have. I know I love them. Blessing Melissa, I wish her all the best and continued sales prosperity. I wish I had met her sooner in life. I felt as if I had missed something by not knowing her sooner. Melissa was great, very accommodating and knowledgeable on the area we chose and helped us find our perfect home! We couldn’t be happier with the service she provided! Melissa was very helpful in this process as first time home buyers her guidance made us feel confident in our purchase and she calmed our nerves on many occasions. Melissa is all the above and we appreciate the many human qualities she displayed during the process. It’s comforting to know you have someone who isn’t just in it for a paycheck and actually has your best interest in mind.

From start to finish, she mapped out a plan of sale and maintained communication about all aspects of the situation. Mellissa, had excellent resources to complete the sale and was able to answer all questions regarding the logistics. Also, she maintained our privacy and safety. Compassionate, resourceful and understanding. We will miss her. She facilitated our relocation by referring us to another Coldwell agent in North Carolina who completed the cycle of relocation.
